DIGITAL BRAND ACTIVATION STRATEGY
Digital action was needed to activate the brand. I conducted a top-level consumer journey map and user stories, defined personas, an ecosystem map and a competitive audit across the category.
I carried out stakeholder interviews and gathered insights into a strategic blueprint, after which I proposed creative concepts to increase Awareness, Acquisition and Retention.
The resulting initiatives were presented to the client in an engaging, interactive pitch using a purpose-made Instagram account and printed boards.

MAPPING THE STRATEGY
I provided the Client with top-level concepts and blueprints for digital rollout across user touchpoints, making the most of existing assets and proposing new ones. (Mobile apps, POS, loyalty club).
The next step is to map the priority of initiatives and work out in detail the blueprints and specifications for the next 12-14 months.


IN SUMMARY
The scope of my input covered the initial stages of research, leading digital definition and strategy - up to concept and presentation (pitching to stakeholders) stage. I look forward to the results.
