A CHAIN OF MASSAGE THERAPY CLINICS ONLINE
The task: to develop a full solution for the online components of a booking system and online marketing for a massage therapist business.
The work I did was extensive research into the user groups, mapping out their journeys and motivations, empathy maps and profiles. I carried out user investigation, focus groups and A/B split tests to understand the audience better.

RESEARCH, PLANNING AND SPECIFICATIONS
I delivered complete sets of target market research, motivation maps, comparative analysis of competition and lean business plan (SWOT) insights.




DESIGN, PROTOTYPES AND DEVELOPMENT
I provide the Client with wireframes, sketches and designs working towards a prototype format for initial approvals, to then manage delivery of the artwork, assets and management of web development.
