AN ADAPTIVE WEBSITE
I created a new user-centric template for the corporate websites for a chocolate brand that catered for visitors from France, Belgium, The Netherlands and International, serving local content and being modular in design, so each country could adapt the framework to their needs.
From content definition to final designs, I was responsible for leading the process from start to finish.
This project required consumer journey maps and profiles across cultures (France / NL / Belgium), a 150-page concise taxonomy (it is an e-commerce site after all) with user cases scenarios and KPIs, and a few hundred hours of undocumented brainstorming, meetings and sketches before the final product was ready.

PROCESS
I worked directly with the Client to deliver:

PROTOTYPING, DESIGN AND ASSET DELIVERY
I created designs and visual specifications for the external developers to implement the framework and the interactive elements of each screen.
